Rainy Skies Lore Event 2022

Welcome to this year’s Rainy Skies Event!
Slowly but surely we reach God releases that involved more and better worked out Lore, that was never really written down somewhere along the way though!
Almost 3 years ago we released Hathar, the God of Waters and Rains and shortly after had a Seasonal Adventure to celebrate his return. But what exactly happened before his return, how was he found and what will happen after?
Let’s find the answer to these questions together!

Special HP Prompts and Themes:
Just like in previous events, we have four new Special Prompts and Themes for you to draw:
 
Prompt 1:
The first flash rains of the year is a sign of the presence of the God of Water and Rain in person. Since his comeback, Hathar is always here at the festival dedicated to him. Does your beast go to meet him?
 
Prompt 2:
Your beast suddenly discovers an entire field of carrots. Forage them all! Before Mr.Bunbun finds them!

Egg Hunt
 
Theme 2:
Tulips
 
As with all Event Special Prompts these (and the old ones on our Harmony Prompt and Themes page of course) will give you event loot next to 10HP for the duration of the Event!
All entries have to be submitted to our Harmony Prompts – Event Harmony Prompts Folder in our dA group to have the loot rolled!

Purrtato’s Minions:
From April 1st to 5th, some players had strange visits from creatures called “Purrtato’s Minions“. Yes, it was an April Fools. Does it stop there?
NOPE
Ever since Purrtato came to be we had players asking for their own Purrtato. Unfortunately, this will never be possible, as there can only be one true Purrtato.
But do not fret, his minions arrived and would gladly follow you everywhere you want if you just say so!
All you have to do is to comment here to claim your very own Purrtato Minion: TATER-TOT!

Special Game:
This Event’s game is an Egg Hunt which is actually quite similar to the RP game we had during the Bloodmoon Event!
Instead of finding a way through a maze, you have to draw or write about your beast finding eggs hidden away. The more worked our your image or text is, the higher the chance to receive rare rewards or even have the chance to uncover a piece of Lore.
Unlike the previous games you have to work a little bit for your piece of Lore this time though! Instead of just receiving the Lore – you will get a riddle! You will have 24hrs time to respond, if you answered with the correct solution you are rewarded with the Lore, if not you will get a small consolation price and someone else gets the chance to solve the riddle.

Rules:
– You may enter 6 times per week.
– It is possible to post all three entries the same day! It is up to you if you want to post three different entries or if you add three beasts in a single image / literature
– Minimum requirements for art:
– At least a simple background
– Must show at least 70% of your beast
– The beasts must be recognizable and display all their markings, even minimally
– Beasts have to focus on the Egg Hunt
– Minimum requirement for literature:
– Must be at least 100 words.
– Beast must be mentioned frequently throughout
– Beasts have to focus on the Egg Hunt
– If you were lucky enough to reveal a riddle, please do not google for the answer
– Since the prizes are rolled randomly, Admins may partake in this game
