Watching over Prehistoria, Gods and Goddesses are an important part of the history and present! On this page you will find informations on them so you are able to get to know them better.
Disclaimer: In the following explanations we will use “God(s)” instead of “God / Goddess” or “Gods and Goddesses”. We only do this to keep it short and simple, not to exclude anyone.
Gods and their use
Most of our Gods have a Spirit Trial dedicated to them! Finishing a Trial will make your beast an official follower of the Trials’ God and give you a special bonus. For more informations on Spirit Trials please check out this page: Trials
Please keep in mind: Due to offering a special bonus with their Spirit Trials, Gods will not give any bonus or bring back loot when added in any activity image.
Special cases Donii and Ruda: Both of them do not have Spirit Trials! Instead they have Special Traits giving a bonus to beasts in any activity image if they’re added. They will count towards the max number of beasts allowed but unlike Primals and NPCs the two will not be able to bring back any loot, only give the bonus!
Both Ruda’s adornments and paints are optional to add in images. However, there is a small special rule for the paints: you either add all or nothing; you cannot leave the paint on the beak away for example and add the rest.
It is also possible to breed with them! Either with one of your beasts or with another God of the same species. As they are all Intersex they can either be the female or male part in the breedings.
Each God has unique markings and mutations they can pass down. To have more detailed explanations about them check out the pages linked in our Design Hub!
There are a couple ways to get slots to them: through a Golden Apple, the first time claiming the “Shiny!” Milestone or when they are offered during Sales.
Special Case Golden Apple: There are two ways you can get slots to Gods with this Apple.
– One way would be simply using the Apple in a breeding, stating which God you want to use. You may only use Main Gods this way though, no Alpha Gods (Arwii and K’Malou)!
– The other way would be revealing your Apple. This way you get a randomly rolled slot but will also have a chance at a slot to either Arwii or K’Malou!
Please keep the following rules in mind if you own an offspring of such a breeding (beast x God or God x God):
– They cannot change the current or future Lore in any way.
– You can have them interact with their godly parent(s) for story purposes, but keep in mind it will only affect your own story, not the canon World Lore.
– It is not possible for them to have any specific godly power of their parent(s) at full strength. A child of Hathar might be able to influence very small bodies of water like a single lake, but they cannot influence the whole ocean for example.
– Influencing other players’ beasts by using “godly powers” in any way or form is not allowed, except it happens in roleplay and it is consensual.
We currently have two types of Gods and Goddesses: Alpha and Main Gods. The difference has less to do with power rather than their time of creation. While the Alpha Gods were the first ones to be created, the Main Gods were created by the Alpha God Arwii.
