Activity ranges:
All our activities have the requirement to show at least 70% in case of special activities (Quests, Boss Battle, Expeditions, Trials, etc.) or 60% in case of regular activities (Hunting, Fishing, Discovery, Foraging) of your beasts’ body.
To help people we created visual examples with our view on how much these 60% / 70% of a beasts’ body are. Of course we will not count each pixel to check if you really drew enough of your beast. As long as it looks close enough – it’s fine.
When looking at images we do add the perspective shown into our judgment as well, so don’t be afraid to try things out when it comes to perspective!
Example 1: When looking at a sitting Saber from the side you will see its legs.
Example 2: If you look at it from behind, at the Sabers’ back, you won’t see the legs.
The “missing” legs in Example 2 will not count into the 70% range as you naturally cannot see them from the position you look at the Saber.
It would be something different when you technically would be able to see them from your position, but you cannot because something hides them (bushes, grass or even trees for example).
We do ask every player to not exploit it though! It can be fun to experiment with different perspectives or to draw an image with a sunset having a sitting Saber in front of it with its back turned to you, no question!
However, we will not accept it if you draw this exact same pose majority of time just to cheat the system and not having to draw your whole beast!
Special Case Megaloceros: Males of this species loose their antlers during winter season! If your entry is depicted during winter season it is totally fine to leave the antlers away without them counting towards the 60% / 70% range.

Cosmetic Item ranges:
Some of our cosmetic items such as Adornments, Magical Adornments or Battle Wounds have a maximum coverage of 30% of a beasts body.
To help people we created visual examples with our view on how much these 30% of a beasts’ body are. Of course we will not count each pixel to check if you are within range or not. As long as it looks close enough – it’s fine.
This page only shows the different ranges, please head over to our Cosmetic Guide to see which items have these ranges and their rules.
