A Godly Union
Seasonal Adventures are a group activity that allows you to participate in unique storylines, get exotic rewards, and obtain an even more unique badge for your beast’s import. Some stories will differ in paths you can take, the lore included, and other aspects of storytelling. You’ll never know what twists might be thrown your way!

The story begins here:
Word of Arwii’s return has spread quickly across Prehistoria, and its denizens have rejoiced. Among the celebrations in honor of the God of Life, stories of his love for a certain she-bear are also being told. Arwii had awoken amidst the Festival of Love and had found himself inspired by the mortals’ customs. He asked his beloved Kala to become his official lifemate, complete with a ceremony. With hearts full of joy, men and beasts from across Prehistoria have come to Arwii’s Caves to share in the occasion.
Start Quest:
The sounds of the gathering could be heard long before you arrive at the Caves. Men and beasts rush to and fro with decorations and food, and there are others preparing to entertain with things like singing and fire breathing. As you try to take all the chaos in, you are approached by a bright, fluffy bear. She seems strained and a little distracted, but she gives you a warm smile nonetheless. Donii welcomes you to the wedding and asks if you would be willing to help out a bit. She has a bundle of calming herbs that needs to be delivered to the groom, camped on the East side of the cave, and some wonderfully fragrant flowers for the bride, over on the West. She asks that you take one of the packages where it belongs. “And you might as well help out with whatever else you can when you get there!” she adds in such a sweet tone, you find it hard to refuse.
Depict your beast investigating the commotion around the caves, speaking with Donii, or taking one of the packages to deliver.
Path 1 – Quest 1:
You work your way around to the West side of the Caves and find a tent has been set up. You push your way past a few girls discussing what kind of flower petals to use and make your way inside. A she-bear with long silver fur looks up as you enter. “Oh, hello,” Kala breathes as you enter. She seems uncomfortable. You hand over the package of flowers, and she smiles brightly. “Why thank you!” she beams. She gathers up a few more flowers from around the tent, muttering to herself all the while. “I don’t have any vines,” she says, “And I could use some flowers of different colors, too.” Kala turns her attention to you. “I’m making flower crowns for myself and dear Arwii,” she explains. “Would you like to take a walk with me, and collect a few more things? I could really use some fresh air anyhow,” she adds.
Depict your beast handing over the flowers, speaking with Kala, or traveling with her to find her materials.
Path 1 – Quest 2:
While you and Kala carefully gather the perfect vines and colorful flowers, she admits that she’s very nervous about the wedding. She loves Arwii, of course, but she’s still not sure if she’s worth all this fussing over. “We already have a family together; that’s more than enough for me,” she says. “This big celebration in front of… All of Prehistoria, it certainly feels like… It’s just overwhelming.” She smiles softly, then adds, “It’s just like Arwii to make such a grand gesture. After all these years…” Together on the hillside while talking about life, you and Kala weave the gathered materials along with the fragrant flowers Donii sent into two bear-sized flower crowns.

Path 1 – Quest 3:
You walk with Kala back to the gathering and help her prepare for the wedding. You help fit her flower crown onto her head, and just before the ceremony starts, she pulls you aside. She asks that you walk down to the altar just before she does, and present Arwii with his flower crown. All eyes are on you as you make your way down the long aisle. Arwii is delighted by his beloved’s gift, and he bends for you to place it on his head. Finally, radiantly beautiful and perhaps a bit bashful, Kala strode down the aisle accompanied by her and Arwii’s adoring son, Detlaff the Snow King.
Depict your beast helping Kala prepare, giving the crown to Arwii, or sitting back and enjoying the wedding.
Path 2 – Quest 1:
You find the God of Life in distress. He’s pacing in circles as you approach, and it takes a moment for you to get his attention to give him the herbs. He thanks you as he takes the bundle, and as he chews them he begins to calm. He apologizes for his behavior, confessing that he may be in over his head. “Mortal customs have changed so much while I was away,” he explains. “I never had my head quite wrapped around your ways in the first place.” He says that he’s expected to write a small speech for the ceremony – “Vows, I think they’re called.” Arwii seems confused by the whole concept. You can’t just leave the poor fellow in distress!
Depict your beast delivering the herbs, conversing with Arwii, or helping him write his vows.
Path 2 – Quest 2:
Vows and official business were one thing, but Arwii explains that he also wants to present Kala with the perfect gift for their union. He asks you what you might give your betrothed, and you toss ideas around with the God for a bit. After settling on an idea, he asks for your help gathering materials and putting it together.
Depict your beast gathering materials, crafting with Arwii, or showing off their finished work.
Path 2 – Quest 3:
As you and Arwii return to the Caves, he asks you to hold onto his gift for Kala. You sit back and watch the wedding procession and smile as Arwii seems awe-struck by his bride. He nervously stumbles over his vows, but his heartfelt words bring a sweet smile to Kala’s face. Once the official ceremony is through, he calls you forward to bring Kala the gift the two of you made for her, leaving the she-bear beaming.
Depict your beast walking with Arwii, presenting the gift to Kala or sitting back and enjoying the wedding.
