Seasonal Adventures are a group activity that allows you to participate in unique storylines, get exotic rewards, and obtain an even more unique badge for your beast’s import. Some stories will differ in paths you can take, the lore included, and other aspects of storytelling. You’ll never know what twists might be thrown your way!
This Quest will end September 30th, Midnight EST!

The story begins here:
Tetlcuamiztli.
This exotic island was home to the mysterious Rahutu Clan. For some years now, Prehistorians had been able to travel there by boat thanks to the Clan, in exchange for a pass in the form of a Golden Sabertooth Idol.
Over there, everything was completely different, from the climate to the vegetation and even the fauna. Without the cunning of the Rahutu who had lived there for thousands of years, the newcomers would undoubtedly die. But despite the dangers and mysteries that surrounded the island and its jungle, many made the journey to revel in its unique beauty, or to experience the thrill of adventure.
Start Quest:
You decide to do a short trip to Tetlcuamiztli Island, to relax a little after a hard winter and also to discover new horizons. The Captain and his faithful Abyss welcome you to their boat, and the trip to the island goes off without a hitch.
You’re greeted by friendly members of the Clan at the Rahutu Trading Post and given a place to rest as well as a tour.
Everything seemed to be going smoothly. But new adventures were about to unfold.
Just a few days after your arrival, you woke up on the Trading Post in the midst of a commotion: a strange creature had been spotted not far from the Necahual village.
As you follow a small group who want to take a look at the creature, you overhear some members of the Rahutu Clan talking amongst themselves. Apparently, there have been other sightings of similar creatures, even different from this one…

Path 1 – Quest 1:
As you watch the creature go about its life, obviously unperturbed by the pairs of eyes staring at it, you ask one of the Rahutu Clan members about these strange apparitions. They are quick to respond, and tell you that one day they went to visit Matchitl Village, and were on their way back when they spotted another animal. But an animal they’d never seen before.
Quite massive, reaching about man-torso height, it was a clumsy-looking creature whose back was covered by a protective shell. Although it appeared slow and stupid, its tail was nonetheless covered with hard growths that no doubt served to defend itself.
Intrigued, you set off in search of this strange animal with a shell.

Path 1 – Quest 2:
When you mention your desire to see this strange creature for yourself, the Rahutu member immediately offers to act as your guide.
After preparing your journey, you set off along the paths laid out by the Rahutus, at the very gateway to the Lost Jungle. It’s a long way to Matchitl Village, and it takes several days before you begin to see it in the distance. Despite this, you have no time to get bored, as your guide is not shy with words and answers every question you ask.
Towards the end of your long journey, your guide suddenly stops, their attention drawn to something. As you approach to see what it was, you see numerous tracks in the sand, betraying the passage of a creature. And as you follow their trail, you realize that the creature had gone deeper into the jungle…

Path 2 – Quest 1:
After observing the creature at your leisure, you decide to return to the Trading Post. Cautiously, the Rahutus had left some of their members behind to keep an eye on the animal and observe its behavior.
In the village, the excitement hasn’t died down and you can hear the tingling of conversations everywhere you go.
One of them catches your attention and you approach a beast from Rahutu who is describing a strange creature they once spotted near the Rahutu Lookout: it looked like a huge rodent.

Path 2 – Quest 2:
Curiosity tickled, you’re eager to get a closer look at this strange rodent. So, when a small group prepared to go to the Lookout, you immediately asked permission to be part of it.
Everyone prepared enthusiastically, and this enthusiasm continued for the entire trip. You marvel at the scenery, but are also a little impressed by the immensity of the jungle, which you are gradually approaching.
It takes a handful of days before you finally reach the Lookout, where a fire burns night and day. Questioning the Rahutu member in charge of feeding the blaze, you learn that a gigantic rodent had indeed been spotted by him. And that it had headed for the jungle…

End Quest:
Not without a slight knot in your stomach from apprehension, you enter the jungle in search of clues about the strange animals. You’re immediately taken by its wild, verdant beauty, yet startled by the slightest noise caused by the animals living there.
Nevertheless, after a few twists and turns in the jungle, you’re stunned to cross paths with a very special being: Ichtaca themselves!
You immediately bow to show them your respect. And as you did so, you noticed something else: they were surrounded by strange creatures. And they all looked safe toward Ichtaca.
The Titanoboa then explained the situation. For a long time, these very special animals had been under their protection, and they had kept them hidden from everyone’s view, waiting for the right moment. They had let a few of their protégés out into the open, and from what they had seen, the reactions had been very positive.
Having concluded that all was safe for them, they decided to release them into the jungles of Tetlcuamiztli to live out their lives. Either wild or attached to beasts.
