Welcome!
Trackers are an important part of the gameplay as you use them for keeping track for a lot of things! They all have certain rules and requirements which you will get to know below.
Harmony Point Tracker:
Once your beasts’ import is uploaded on CaveSpeaker and you start working on their story, you will need a Harmony Point Tracker (or HP Tracker in short)! This type of tracker can be very different from player to player. While we DO have some requirements every HP tracker must have in order to be accepted, many things are up to you.
All HP trackers must:
– Have a link to the beasts’ import. Or have at least the name and import ID number listed somewhere.
– Be for one (1) beast only. Global HP trackers are going to be refused.
– Have direct links back to the image / literature in question. An HR judge should be able to click a link or thumbnail and be directly taken to the piece.
– Clearly state which Prompt, Theme, Event, or Boss the image / literature relates to.
– Have the HP area seperated from the rest. Keep it clean and do not mix in activity rolls, non-HP-earning event pieces, or misc images!
Note: Some beasts might have HPs from the old ranking system and have gotten randomly rolled HP for activities / events or other images / literature.
If that’s the case for one of your beasts, link directly to the proof comment next to the image / literature in question. Our HR admins do not have the time to dig through trackers to match up and find this information!
Things you can add, but don’t have to:
– Breeding slots. How many has your beast unlocked? Did you sell some slots to other players or were some already used in breedings?
– Spirit and Arwii Trials. If you want to you can note down if your beast has done any trials so far.
– A list with your beasts items, companions and traits.
– Already filled out activity forms other players can copy and paste if needed.
– Pagedolls and other decorations to make your tracker more pleasing to the eye.
– The Import of your beast. Please take care to link back to the official Import on dA if you add it to a tracker on an external site!
It is entirely possible to add an activity tracker to your HP tracker as long as it follows the requirements for both trackers!
What can be used to create trackers?
– Deviant Art journals, deviations or literature pieces. Sta.sh is no longer allowed for any kind of tracker due to past issues!
– Google Docs and Sheets
– External websites like Weebly, Wix, etc
– Have a suggestion for something that could host a tracker? Please contact the group or mention it in the Discord so we can have a look before accepting it.
Examples:

Tribe Unity Tracker:
Tribe Unity trackers (or UP tracker in short) are very similar to HP trackers. While their use is basically the same, there are still some minor differences!
Each tribe needs only one (1) tracker! The tribe leader will take care ot if and add any new pieces. Tribe members don’t have to create their own trackers.
All Tribe Unity trackers must:
– Be for one (1) tribe only. Global UP trackers are going to be refused.
– Have the following form for each prompt / theme in the tracker:
Prompt name:
Who posted the prompt: [add the link to the player’s dA profile]
Beasts depicted: [add links to all beasts that are featured in the entry]
Things you can add, but don’t have to:
– Your tribes’ members and their beasts.
– The Import of the beasts. Please take care to link back to the official Imports on dA if you add it to a tracker on an external site!
– The tribes’ or members’ (current) location.
– A list with your tribes bonuses.
– Pagedolls and other decorations to make your tracker more pleasing to the eye.

Activity Tracker:
This type of tracker is used for admins commenting on with loot you get from activities your beasts participated in! Unlike the previous two trackers in this guide this one has to stay on Deviant Art as otherwise, Admins would not be able to comment with your loot.
Activity trackers may be global (meaning: one tracker for all your beasts), they do not have to be for a single beast at a time except you want to.
Again, it is entirely possible to add an activity tracker to your HP tracker as long as it follows the requirements for both trackers!
All activity trackers must:
– Exist so an admin can comment on it. Basically your tracker can look however you want it to look. While certain things are useful and make the life of our admins easier, they are not mandatory.
Things you can add, but don’t have to:
– Comments for the different activities (can be one comment for everything or one comment for each activity, and so on).
Note: Boss Battles were reworked and it is no longer necessary to link a tracker, so you can leave it away from your tracker even if older examples still have a comment for it!
– Links to the different comments if you have some (Tutorial “How to add comment links to your tracker”)
– Pagedolls and other decorations to make your tracker more pleasing to the eye.
– The Import of your beast. Please take care to link back to the official Import on dA if you add it to a tracker on an external site!
You should try to keep it as clean as possible though, to not make it harder for the admins than necessary!

Crafting Tracker:
As the name already implies, this tracker is used for crafting. Crafting in general is done by the player, not beasts, which means you need only one of these if you want to try your hands on crafting!
All crafting trackers must:
– Show your rank and already gained skill points.
– Link to the different comments for each difficulty! You need a comment for Beginner, Apprentice, Expert and Master crafts under which an admin will reply wether or not you succeeded. (Tutorial “How to add comment links to your tracker”)
Things you can add, but don’t have to:
– The different ranks and how many skill points are needed for them.
– The proof of each rank up you had so far
– Pagedolls and other decorations to make your tracker more pleasing to the eye.
You should try to keep it as clean as possible though, to not make it harder for the admins than necessary!
