Banded
Banded is a marking that creates a large band going around the beasts’ middle. While this band usually goes fully around from the underside to the back, it is possible to break it up and create up to three (3) smaller bands, which must touch either the back or the underside.
The band can be as thin or thick as wanted and vary in thickness throughout the design.

Colors
Banded is relevant to the design and will always be lighter or darker than the picked reference color.
If the design has Free White and it was chosen as the relevant color for Banded, Banded may only have grayscale colors. It cannot be used to add entirely different colors to your beast (e.g. blue-ish white color on a beast with Earth coat color)!
Edges
Banded must have a hard edge.

Banded does not have to go all the way around the beast! It can be broken down into smaller patches, but those must start from either the back or the stomach.

Banded has no distinct minimum range, but must be present in a noticeable way on the beast.
