The cold and snow had barely begun to loosen their grip, but your Beast senses it: spring is coming. Love is in the air and Shaggy and his Valentine Event await!
Your beast approaches the crowd that had formed not far from Shaggy. They recognize some faces and see some new ones. To their great surprise, Enlil himself has graced the event with his presence. And, next to him, Ceryn.
Watching them out of the corner of their eye, your Beast notice that the God and the Lyti seem way closer than the last time they saw them together. Tender, even. Enlil’s rough face was beaming like the sun, his attention centered on the Lyti who was smilling at him and snuggled against his large body.
Clearly, these two had managed to find each other. And Shaggy himself seemed pleased to see them.
Welcome to this year’s Valentines Lore Event!
This year, Shaggy has come up with some fun little challenges for your Beasts, so they can explore love in all its forms!
For each of the prompts listed below, you’ll get randomly rolled Valentine Event items. Once you’ve completed all the four (4) prompts, there will be a reward you may claim!
To give everyone enough time, this event will last three weeks and end on March 8th, Midnight EST.

Basic rules and requirements:
- Up to three (3) beasts allowed.
- Beast must be focusing on the prompts.
- These entries will count for HP.
- The entries may not be used for anything else (you cannot have it rolled as discovery activity for example)
- All parts must be submitted to the “Valentines” gallery folder on Deviant Art.
- All four prompts can be done multiple times for the entire duration of the Event.
- End Reward can be claimed multiple times as long as this is a different Beast and said Beast must be featured in every prompts.
Rules / requirements specifically for art:
- The beasts must be recognizable and display all their markings, even minimally.
- Must show at least 70% of your beast (Activity Ranges).
- Visual works must be at least 500 x 500 pixels, or an equal dimension (exp: 400 x 600).
- At least a semi-complex background (Image complexity).
- Must be colored. Shading is optional.
Rules / requirements specifically for literature:
- Must be at least 900 words.
- Beast must be mentioned frequently throughout (every 100-200 words).
- If collaborating, each person must write at least 500 words each.
Prompt 1: Couples
It is time for love! Depict your Beast with a beloved one or going to a blind date! It can be with Beast(s) of your own or from other players (with their approval).
Prompt 2: Self Care
Love is not only loving someone else. It’s also loving yourself! Depict your Beast learning to love themselves or taking the time to care for themselves. Alone or in good company.
Prompt 3: Blossoming Romance
It’s time! Time to confess to your crush! Depict how your Beast is asking their beloved out. Did it go well ? Or did that fail and your Beast is cursed by the friendzone?
Prompt 4: Romance is Dead
Not everyone is into the Valentine Event for many reasons. Be it a painful break-up or they are simply not into romance. Depict how your Beast is dealing with all of this.
End reward for completing the four prompts:
- A special Milestone Badge
- One (1) randomly rolled item from this list: 1x Slot to Shaggy, 1x Huxli Companion, 1x Luxili Companion, 1x Stitched Bear, 1x Warm Coast Import Background, or 5x Sunstones.
