Hello everyone!
We wish you all a Happy New Year and hope everybody had a good change from 2022 to 2023 without too many complications! c:
As always, here are our usual monthly changes:
– the Monthly Bonus is now active for Terror Birds! They can find a Rare Companion Token in regular activities!
– the Monthly Quest changed as well!
– our Rahutu Trading Post changed it’s offered items as well, this month with a Golden Sabertooth Idol as special item.
Next to the changed items we also reworked the pricing and arrangement of items to make things more affordable for everyone and less repetitive. If you have any other ideas how we could improve the Trading Post feel free to comment in our Suggestion Box <3
– since it’s January we also have a new Seasonal Adventure! This time around we want to try and help Arwii to properly mourn the deceased god Ra’d: A Divine Homage
Once again the reward will be a Painted Cave BG and a new Trait, allowing the beast having the trait and all others featured alongside it to have a chance to triple your discovery loot! c:
– Last but not least, we also added a new rule on our Rules and Policies page:
“No type of AI-Art allowed in our group! This includes AI used to draw parts of the image (e.g. the background or the beasts) or the whole image.”
We want players to put effort into their images and earn the rank ups. As we see it, using an AI to spit out images within seconds is cheating and unfair towards other players. Not to speak about how the images many AIs use for training are sourced.
This does not mean you cannot use an AI as inspiration for backgrounds, compositions, etc! The rule is only about directly uploading images generated by AI.
